Delicious sausage, chicken and smoked turkey, too. Originally founded in 1982 at 727 FM 1626, Manchaca, Texas, Railroad BBQ has two locations. Our Kyle, Texas location opened in 1983, and we’re right next to the railroad tracks, just like our name says, at 107 East Center Street.
 
The Sherrill Family have been serving up succulent, juicy smoked chicken, brisket, sausage, ribs and turkey for over a quarter century. Drop by and dine-in for a rustic old Texas experience. On Friday and Saturday nights we feature All-U-Can-Eat catfish. Of course, all of our delicious barbecue foods and the fixin’s are available for carry-out, too.
