Our Kyle, Texas location opened in 1983, and we’re right next to the railroad tracks, just like our name says, at 107 East Center Street. The Sherrill Family have been serving up succulent, juicy smoked chicken, brisket, sausage, ribs and turkey for over a quarter century. They offer the finest cuts of meats mesquite-smoked to perfection.
